1. Consultation Cancellation

Users may request cancellation before the scheduled consultation time. Approval of cancellation requests shall be at our sole discretion.

2. Rescheduling

Consultation appointments may be rescheduled subject to availability and prior notice. Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible before the scheduled appointment.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of astrology consultations, horoscope analysis, Naadi readings, pujas, homams, reports, remedies, and other spiritual services:

• Fees paid for completed consultations are non-refundable.
• Fees paid for personalized reports, readings, remedies, pujas, and homams are non-refundable once the work has commenced.
• No refund shall be provided for dissatisfaction arising from subjective expectations regarding predictions, interpretations, guidance, or outcomes.

4. Duplicate Transactions

In case of an accidental duplicate payment for the same service, the excess amount may be refunded after verification of the transaction.

5. Failed Transactions

If an amount is deducted from your account but the service booking is not confirmed, please contact us with the relevant transaction details.

Eligible refunds will be processed after verification of the transaction and payment status.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will generally be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

The actual time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the user's account may vary depending on the bank, payment gateway, or financial institution.
